Peter Uzzolino founded Acres Land Title Agency in 1978. He started his career working with the searchers in the courthouse. He learned every facet of title insurance from the ground up. Acres Title currently has 6 offices and over 100 employees. Acres Title closes approximately 1,000 commercial and residential transactions a month. Peter resides in Westfield and Sea Girt with his wife. He enjoys spending time with his two sons and grandchildren when he is not working.

Ashleigh positions herself as a resource to the real estate industry, while providing value added services to her clients. She has developed a great team of title & marketing professionals to ensure smooth closings & repeat referrals.
Ashleigh has been in the title insurance industry since 2006. Prior to joining Acres, Ashleigh was with Foundation Title for almost 9 years, where she worked her way up from Marketing Director to Partner.
Ashleigh graduated Cum Laude from Monmouth University in 2007 with her Bachelor’s degree in Communications. At Monmouth University, she was also an All-American Scholar Athlete for Division I Women’s Tennis. Ashleigh lives in Monmouth Beach, NJ with her husband, two
daughters and one son. When she is not
working, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis and traveling.
